All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Charlie Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).


Charlie Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns + Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at Charlie Studio. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

If your purchase isn't quite right, please email us at and we will arrange an exchange or refund for you. 

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


You have 30 days from receipt of your delivery to contact Charlie Studio Sydney stating that you would like to exchange/return a product/s.


Charlie Studio is not responsible for paying for return shipping costs, however, we will pay for the additional shipping costs of items we send you as an exchange.

Faulty Policy

If your product is faulty, please email us at with a description and images of your faulty product. 


We will be in touch with further instructions once we have reviewed your email. We only accept faulty claims within 30 days of original purchase. 


Charlie Studio will replace and sometimes refund items that have a genuine fault in the product, however, we will not replace or refund for items that haven't been washed not following the instructions or general wear and tear.
