Shipping

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been packed, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on where you live...

For Australian domestic deliveries, it normally takes between 2 - 5 business days. 

If you are in a rush to receive your order, send us a note info@charliestudio.com.au and we will do what we can to get it to you ASAP. 

Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?

If something isn't right, email info@charliestudio.com.au as soon as possible so that we can amend your order before it is sent out. 

I care about the environment and don't want plastic in my order!

We do not use plastic in our deliveries. 

We use Hero compostable and biodegradable satchels.

I'd like to send something as a gift, is this possible?

Sure thing! Our products are purchased as gifts often. 

If the order is a gift, let us know by leaving a note with the order at checkout. 

Alternatively, email us at info@charliestudio.com.au when you place the order and let us know. 

Just remember to include your order number and recipient name. 

That way we can make sure it looks extra fabulous, and no invoice is included in the package.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Can I return an item if I change of mind?

Absolutely! We offer 30 day returns. 

The item/s must be in original condition, unworn and return in its original packaging with your proof of purchase.

What if my item/s is faulty?

Email us straight away at info@charliestudio.com.au with a description and photo of the fault. 

Once we understand the issue, there is the possibility of refunds or replacements. 

Custom Orders

I see the patch I want, but I would prefer a different colour sweatshirt...

No worries at all. Send us an email at info@charliestudio.com.au with your preference and we might be able to make you a custom order.
